Jonny, Howard & Dakota were extremely helpful with our car purchase and setup. Me and my wife bought our first EV vehicle and the team helped us get comfortable with the new car. Howard set us up with a car purchase and setup. Me and my wife bought our first EV vehicle and the team helped us get comfortable with the new car. Howard set us up with a nice test drive and gave us a detailed walkthrough of the whole ev car and helped us with the initial setup. Dakota helped us with the buying process and made the entire process extremely easy. Jonny scheduled individual sessions to answer all our questions and gave us a detailed walkthrough of the car’s features. He even gave a cheatsheet of different tricks and techniques to make it more comfortable using the new car. Jonny took extra efforts to solve some of our EV charging concerns on long road trips. He even called a charging station’s customer service and gave us a quick tutorial on how to plan our charging stops on long road trips. The whole team is extremely courteous and made transitioning to an EV car much easier. Lied to me when I brought my car in for service (8k) and was done within a hour while I was purchasing another car due to the expense. Senior management is terrible. Nothing but lies. Needed to get an appointment for a quick issue this week. 10 emails, texts and phone calls. NO RESPONSE until Brian (Sales) called me back late in the afternoon. They have no idea on operations management and how to talk to each other. AND they had audacity to complain that I did not email, and had 1 person answering the phones. I have never been so mad after 30 years in customer service myself. The manager asked me to stop yelling, He should have been apologizing. Go buy a BMW at Herb Chambers in Sudbury. Bought multiple cars over the years and never had 1 issue, Ask for John DiBitetto, good guy. More
