Luis Aguasvivas is one of the best Service Advisor I have dealt with anywhere. He is very understanding and accommodating my needs for the service. My 2016 E400 Cabriolet has only 27800 miles driven, but lately many things have gone wrong. Parking break replaced and oil leak from the timing cover repaired. This car (bought as a retirement gift to myself) is very leisurely driven and mostly parked in the sheltered garage. Mercedes reliability is not what it claims to be. Now, it needs spark plugs, battery and air filters replaced. I understand these are recommended services by the time and mileage, but still it costs thousands of dollars almost every year after warranty expires. Very annoying! Nonetheless, the Mercedes-Benz of Natick is the first class dealership. More

There is no way to explain the amazing experience we had at this dealership! Not only is the entire staff courteous, organized, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and ready to assist in any way, but you get at this dealership! We have previously purchased Mercedes vehicles from other Mercedes dealers. The difference between Mercedes in Natick and the other dealerships where we went before is like the difference between a McDonald’s versus the Capital Grill. The service, attention to detail and time spent with us was above and beyond anything we ever expected. We were also introduced to the entire team including the manager. It was wonderful to have this personal touch. Our salesman Joel was truly the best advisor we have ever seen. He guided us and worked with us to achieve a deal that made us happy and satisfied moving into the new vehicle. He answered every question, returned every call and email promptly and we never felt silly asking him anything or negotiating until we had a truly wonderful experience on our trade in and everything we asked for with the new vehicle. Paperwork was a breeze, quick, easy and understandable. Joel is an incredible talent in the sales world and we are grateful to have worked with this wonderful professional. Now, on to Jonny Pham ……. This gentleman is a technical genius. There are truly no words to describe his expertise and knowledge. After our first “tutorial” on our new vehicle we were astonished at the features we never knew these cars were capable of. We have owned previous Mercedes and the earlier purchases never provided a delivery which included an instructional presentation such as Jonny Pham. Jonny went through everything and connected our devices to the vehicle as well, setting up profiles for all 3 drivers. He truly taught us about the quality and capabilities of our new coupe. WOW!!!! I would have to write at least a 10 page review to describe Jonny, filled with superlatives and compliments. Jonny is an entire vibe, literally. He explained patiently even when we needed to see something 3-4 times. He demonstrated as well with us in the vehicle. Seriously, run, don’t walk, if you are looking to purchase a Mercedes, because there is nothing like this dealership anywhere else on the East Coast, possibly in America. Jonny is honestly the most savvy tech genius that’s exists when it comes to these cars. I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Totally satisfied above and beyond anything we ever expected. . They did a great job selling me the car, but my experience with the service department was very poor. My car took 1 week to get service A done, also I had manufacturer issue on the driver side wind experience with the service department was very poor. My car took 1 week to get service A done, also I had manufacturer issue on the driver side window, they said that the part isn't availyet by Mercedes. Moreover, I received the car with a very dirty interior, full of dust and smelly they didn't even bother themselves with a complementary wash. In addition to that my car tires pressure was incorrect from being parked for long time without moving and they delivered it with incorrect tires pressure, beside when I signed up for service I asked for a loaner car and they confirmed its availability but when I went for service, they said there is no loaner available and I had to wait for an hour to get a loaner car. Overall it was a very bad experience in the service department. More
