Typically I don’t leave feedback for purchases or services but my experience was quite memorable that I felt everyone should know if they’re ever in the market for a Mercedes. Rafi was very knowled services but my experience was quite memorable that I felt everyone should know if they’re ever in the market for a Mercedes. Rafi was very knowledgeable, very courteous, and super friendly and helpful. We were looking for a specific color and features and he went above and beyond to find us our special Mercedes’ all the way from Maryland. They even brought the car to Massachusetts much quicker than originally anticipated. He was able to get us the price that we were looking for and worked with Mr. Kolls, who is a true gentleman and very nice to work with even helped us with a good warranty package. Can’t really say enough about Rafi and his excellent and courteous customer service. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Mercedes. Thank you so much Rafi. More
