Upon arrival we were greeted by Peter Michael and were treated like we were family members. He was very helpful, knowledgable and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. We test drove a pre-owned platinum certified 2011 C300, and let me tell you, this car was flawless. We we very impressed with the car and decided to sit down and talk some numbers. Peter took down all the necessary information and then introduced us to the sales manager, Vincent who was one of the friendliest and most personable people I have ever met. At no time did he ever make my wife or I feel pressured or uncomfortable while discussing our options. We got a great deal and are so happy to be part of the Fletcher Jones family! Thank you Peter and Vincent!!!! By the way, this new dealership is a structural work of art that blew us away. There are flat screen televisions everywhere, several customer lounge areas, a restaurant, a garage every man dreams of and a beautiful building as well. All we can say is wow!!!!! More

My experience was everything I hoped it would be from the time I arrived for my appointment to picking up my vehicle the same afternoon. Alvaro kept me informed during the process, took care of the issues I was having, bad second battery and A-Service due, and made sure my vehicle was cleaned when I picked it up. Alvaro also made sure my assigned loaner car was fueled and ready to drive. Very pleasant experience. The Service Manager, Sam, even showed up and introduced himself. The attendant on the drive upon arrival for service knew my name, and was very helpful, even showing me to the coffee bar. My wife and I have purchased five Mercedes-Benz vehicles from Fletcher Jones; one in Orange County and four in Las Vegas. We have always been treated professionally and courteously by the staff members in all categories at Fletcher Jones, regardless of dealer location. Now that the new dealer opened near our new home in Murrieta, we are more than happy to continue doing business with Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz.
