Service Center that Knows Customer Service I brought my car into the service center because of noise coming from the front wheel. They kept the car and called me the next day And call me to te I brought my car into the service center because of noise coming from the front wheel. They kept the car and called me the next day And call me to tell me they had diagnosed a bad part. Since the car was so new there were no replacement porch. So they had to go to the factory in Germany and manufacture the parrots.. They immediately put me in a new loaner car and kept in touch with me until the car was ready. When I picked up the car yesterday’, Whitney the service advisor, could not have been more pleasant and more accommodating I highly recommend the service center and Whitney. More
