Amazing brand, but terrible dealership customer service We made an appointment for April 6th with Mercedes-Benz Tucson, a 6 hour drive since we were coming from out of state. When we were 10 min service We made an appointment for April 6th with Mercedes-Benz Tucson, a 6 hour drive since we were coming from out of state. When we were 10 minutes away from the dealership, we were told that our vehicle was sold without any prior warning or notification. The fact that the car was sold doesn't matter to me, but the fact that the salesman lacked the responsibility to inform us of this change was disappointing. When we met the salesman to ask why he did not inform us beforehand, he was unapologetic and indifferent, blaming us for this misunderstanding. The salesman said he thought we were just coming to see the vehicle, so he did not bother to notify us of the change. We were ready with cash checks, and never showed any indication of not purchasing the vehicle--we asked beforehand for the company name that we would make the check out to. Even after explaining this situation, he did not try to accommodate us and continued to redirect the blame instead of trying to improve our experience in any way. This lack of transparency and abrupt change negatively impacted our plans, so I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
