Hi V Yarber, Mercedes-Benz of Tucson has more certified Mercedes-Benz technicians than any other repair facility in Tucson Arizona. No repair facility is more qualified to repair your 2012 E350 than our shop. We truly regret the lengthy amount of time your repair required. However, given the vintage of your vehicle and coupled with the fact that your aftermarket warranty company (a non-Mercedes Benz warranty) required inspection with every covered repair/part, your repair has taken far longer than what either of us would consider satisfactory. We are hopeful that the complimentary Mercedes-Benz loaner vehicle we provided you during this lengthy repair served as sufficient alternative transportation. Your vehicle’s repairs were completed on 3/5/20.
