I agree with the other reviewer who says this dealership lacks integrity. It is very sketchy and operates like a stereotypical used car lot rather than a luxury dealership. I was stranded for three hours with my children when a flat tire occurred and the dealership and road side assistance were of no help. If you use their service center it is horrible. They never do the work right, damage things in the car, and don’t even vacuum it. If you bring up that they didn’t do the requested service they gaslight you and say they can’t find a time to service it. Stay far away. More

In my experience, this location lacks integrity. I had a confirmed appointment to see a $200,000+ car and when I arrived, it was out for a test drive with another customer. Based on what I was told, they did that because he was financing the car, which yields interest for the dealership, and I was buying it outright. Not what I expected from a high-end car dealership.
