I am always pleasantly greeted by staff members who are eager to assist me. My Sprinter service manager, Juan, is top-notch! He is very personable, knowledgeable, and punctual. He always takes the time to explain every aspect of the services needed and frequently shows me convenient features in my Sprinter I didn't even know about. The customer waiting area is awesome - clean, comfortable furniture, and fresh complimentary snacks and beverages. More

In addition to the A3 scheduled maintenance I had my GLC detailed. It looks like new! The home pickup and service went as scheduled. But a problem showed up on my wife's C300. Gaston let me drop it of detailed. It looks like new! The home pickup and service went as scheduled. But a problem showed up on my wife's C300.
