The service here is outstanding! We've always had Mercedes cars over the last 35 years. We have also used several different MB dealerships for service, as we have moved over 20 times in the last 35 Mercedes cars over the last 35 years. We have also used several different MB dealerships for service, as we have moved over 20 times in the last 35 years, due to our businesses. We are used to good service at MB, but THIS dealership far exceeds all of the others. Every single person we've encountered has been wonderful & every detail of the business is so well managed. Juan Renteria, in the service department, worked hard and solved my tire balance issues on my Sprinter 3500 Airstream Interstate. Performed a front end alignment and rotated the tires. The service center-Mark Escobar- has always been very courteous and helpful in checking in and out our car. And the actual service work has always been done as needed with quality workmanship, in spite courteous and helpful in checking in and out our car. And the actual service work has always been done as needed with quality workmanship, in spite of the car's lack of the same! Before the latest service, we had spent $13,229.65 on repairs above regular maintenance (A and B services, and replacing normal wear and tear items), plus 48 days lack of use. Now, due to oil leaks at turbo chargers-seals, etc., this latest service has cost $4,124.12 (discounted from $4,262.56) and taken almost 10 days. That's a total of $17,353.77 plus 58 days lack of use! And since it has a diesel engine, we are still needing that service. . More
