I am very pleased with Mercedes Benz of the woodlands I have had an a/c problem with my 2012 ml 350 for almost 4 years. After 7-9 months it stops cooling I have had 2 other Mercedes Dealerships and 3 indiv have had an a/c problem with my 2012 ml 350 for almost 4 years. After 7-9 months it stops cooling I have had 2 other Mercedes Dealerships and 3 individual garages look at it nobody could find the problem and fix it.They all put more Freon in it and 7-9 months later it stops cooling.I talked with one of the service managers at Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands Mr. Donald Hutchins I told him the problems I was having with the car he told me that they could find and fix the problem. They did just that they found the problem and fixed it I am so grateful to Mr Hutchins and Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands for finding this 4 year problem and fixing it. Thank you so very much.
