Then we decided to wait until after the holiday. I was truly impressed that there were no high pressure phone calls about when we were coming in and Mark let us take our time and really make sure this is what we wanted to do. We called Mark yesterday after a few weeks of thinking and he made us feel like we were his family. Invited us down, welcomed us, answered all our questions, shared some funny stories and was just an all around nice man. The experience was comfortable, no pressure, informative. Mark is a excellent salesperson and is out to make his customers happy, not his bank account. Thanks Merchants, we will see you again in the future. More

Joe provided dedicated time to our son to be sure that he knew everything about the new vehicle before leaving the lot & made sure he was set for his 1st oil change by introducing him to the service team providing him with an appointment in hand. Literally no pressure, very relaxed buying experience I went to merchants Auto because my credit wasn't great. I was worried I was wasting my time and their time going over (I drove over an hour). I did the pre-approval online, qualified, I met with my Sales man Richard he first sat down with me asking me want I wanted in a vehicle then we looked at what they had to offer me. I could believe with my credit I drove off the lot in a 2016 SUV and met my payment budget! More

Above and Beyond I walked into the lobby was immediately welcomed by Mike who was eager to work with me. From the start, he was interested in what I wanted and where I walked into the lobby was immediately welcomed by Mike who was eager to work with me. From the start, he was interested in what I wanted and where I wanted my payments to be. He was detailed in his explanation and everything happened in a timely manner, which impressed me. I was worried about buying my first car by myself but Mike was there through the whole process and actually went above and beyond my expectations...which further impressed me. My previous car was non-drivable, so Mike drove to my house to grab the mileage and to drop my loaner car off. He waited 15 minutes for me to try to find my title! He brought me back up to Merchants (it was a good 20 minute drive there and back!). He called me the next morning to arrange the towing of my non-drivable vehicle. That’s what amazing customer service is and he definitely made my car buying experience something to remember! I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle here and to buy my next one! Thank you Mike for all of your time and being patient with me while I picked out my vehicle, I truly appreciate it! More
