He ended up showing me a Grand Cherokee. Never thought I would own one. But he had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle that after driving it I wanted it! We now have a nice and safe family SUV. The entire process was super easy from start to finish. They have it down to a science. I know most car dealers do, but it was a really friendly and inviting atmosphere too.
