Fantastic Experience! We had a fantastic experience with Rich today. He approached us in the lot just moments after arriving. I had looked at the Merchants website this m We had a fantastic experience with Rich today. He approached us in the lot just moments after arriving. I had looked at the Merchants website this morning and so had my sights set on one particular vehicle however soon found myself torn between many! Rich was patient, professional, informative and friendly, and stayed right by our sides leading us from vehicle to vehicle until we had crossed the whole lot. We drove a few different SUV's, two of which he had to go find in a side lot, and just when I felt that we had looked at all of the options that had caught my eye, chose to test drive just one more, a Nissan Rogue that I had not even considered. Boy, was I happy I did! It had all the features I was looking for and am happy to say that it now sits in my driveway. A big thank you to Tim as well, he made the final paperwork quick and easy. Brushed off My husband and I went in to speak with someone about a used Vehicle... we walked in the door and were just looked at and not greeted by anyone until w My husband and I went in to speak with someone about a used Vehicle... we walked in the door and were just looked at and not greeted by anyone until we said something to one of the sales guys when they walked by. We were asked first before any other question if we wanted to fill out a credit app... Why would we do that when we didn't even know if they had anything in our price range or what we were looking for? My husband then proceeded to tell the sales man what we were looking for and our price range... he then said the used trucks are in the back lot go take a look and come find me when you find something.... There are no prices on the windows so how would we have know what to even look at that was in the range? We felt as though they didn't need our business since no one wanted to take the time to really help us, so we left. More
