Guy Nichols understands "Service" My wife and I have been working with Merchants auto for the past few years. It is only until recently when I fell ill and was unable to work things go My wife and I have been working with Merchants auto for the past few years. It is only until recently when I fell ill and was unable to work things got real tight around our house. I dreaded the day something went wrong with my/our vehicle(s) and we wouldn't be able to afford a repair. I went into the service center to get a quote on some repairs and that is when I learned that the service center does have individuals truly dedicated to customer service. I hardly write reviews of stores, or employees because very few truly go out of their way for their customers but I would gladly recommend anyone going to the merchants auto service center to speak to Guy Nichols, he truly does understand what it means to deliver a "Great customer experience". More

We worked directly with Ryan, a sales consultant, and he made the experience so easy that we ended up buying one of the vehicles we test drove the next day. Mike A. was our sales consultant and he really helped us understand all the details of the financing, as well as the warranties and insurance. In fact, there was a discrepancy with our insurer, and Mike took the time to get it all worked out for us, and made sure we were completely taken care of!He was very patient with us and helped us along the whole way (we had no idea what we were doing when we walked in, so he was incredibly helpful!!) Scott was the man who worked out the fine details of the loan rate, and warranty. He was very knowledgeable and courteous with us as well. Now when it was time to set up our first oil change, Mike brought us over to Dennis in the service center. Dennis gave us his undivided attention the moment we walked through the door, and was very friendly and answered all of our questions about maintenance. Overall, we had an incredible experience, all of our questions were answered, and we drove away in a beautiful car...oh and the icing on the cake, we got a surprise TV!!
