Too many appointments With the exception of Courtney Cassie , I was extremely disappointed with the service I received in my 2017 Ford escape . When. I purchased this vehicle on Oct 8 2018 I noticed the door seal was torn and I asked to have that repaired prior to my purchase I was assured it would be without any trouble ,however it took the service department three trips to order the correct one. Which meant added mileage in my new vehicle because I live in Franklin. Courtney knew how frustrated I was so she took it upon herself to double check the order and to also hand pick the techniction to perform the work she even called me a heads of the scheduled appointment (3rd) one to tell me she checked and It was the correct one ... Finally it was done but it was not done properly as they seemed it on the foot and not the doors edge ...but after3 trios to hooksette I was done ... More

He was very helpful and showed me my options for my price range, he was very patient while I made up my mind and he apologized for wait time on the paperwork and he came to check on me every few minutes while I waited and politely asked if he could get me anything while I waited.
