I showed up to my appointment today and my vehicle was taken in immediately. Bobby, my service advisor, spoke to me like I was his mother or grandmother, very respectful and sweet, but not at all condesce taken in immediately. They worked diligently to find the root cause of the problem with my AC, keeping me informed every step of the way. This is the second dealership, in as many days, to try to diagnose the problem and they worked hard to get down to it. They succeeded and now we are just waiting on the parts. We are driving West to California and needed this repair on an urgent basis. There is no driving across the 40 Mile Desert in Nevada without AC, especially with a dog and child in the truck. After all the trouble we have had with this truck, this trip, Metro Ford is the only thing keeping us from giving up on Ford completely. We had 583 miles on this F450, when we embarked on this trip and 3100 miles on it, when the problem started. We have driven to three dealerships in the past couple of days and now have 3600 miles or so on it. It's not like it's an old vehicle and some maintenance is to be expected. This dealer really stepped up. This will be our new Ford dealership going forward. I highly recommend this service department. More

We own 2 Fords, a 2015 pickup and a 2013 SUV. We take them to Mero Ford ONLY, because they schedule when it's convenient for us and they know our vehicles. I am absolutely thrilled with the 2014 Taurus SEL I ended up purchasing. He never dropped the ball after I left with my car, and was there to make sure my window tinting and interior protection was scheduled and completed. No stress, high pressure antics or dishonesty. Service department I stopped to have my tires checked because the low tire pressure light was on. I thought they would check them and add air. Instead they took picture I stopped to have my tires checked because the low tire pressure light was on. I thought they would check them and add air. Instead they took pictures to make sure there were no dents on all four sides of my car and put it up on a rack. 1 hour and 20+ minutes later I am told there was nothing wrong with the tires and they added air to them. The tire pressure light went out. I went to the cashier office and had to pay $11+ dollars. While I am waiting for someone to tell me where my car was so I could leave, a black ford suv pulls in and says their tire pressure light is on. The service desk man checked his tires and added air to 2 of them and the driver left. I asked why they did his for free and on the spot and I had to wait for mine and pay for the same service. I was told I might have had a nail or a slow leak so they needed to check mine. So I ask the obvious....why didn't you check his? The service man had no answer. E vidently they think and treat women like they are idiots. We have bought multiple vehicles from them and each time I have used their service in the last 3 years I am disappointed. It was my LAST time for service at Metro Ford in Independence. More
