Drove from Dallas to look at a Shelby GT500. Linda walked out to greet me. Deal was done in 30 minutes.I gave in a little on my trade. But they gave in on the price of the new car. There is a slight upcharge for the "Ford Difference" on vehicle purchases. While the price difference upfront can be a bit of a shocker, when you figure the cost of ownership, the free oil changes, nitrogen filled tires, and tint does make make it cheaper in the long run compared to a dealership without the Ford difference. I put “NO”’ just because of customer service. Got an email from a salesman I never spoke with thanking me for buying a vehicle from him. So, I’m not completely sure if I’d recommend this dealership. That’s still yet to be determined my vehicle is fine it’s a great car. But Customer service is awful. Sure they’ll blow your phone up before you buy, but once you’ve made a purchase you can’t get anyone to return your calls. I don’t have an issue just a question. Evidently it will be an issue if I can’t communicate with staff or get any response. More
