This place does not call or text you about anything going on. you have to check with them and then a excuse is giving every time. My car sat at the service center for two weeks with nothing being fixed. A ra on. you have to check with them and then a excuse is giving every time. My car sat at the service center for two weeks with nothing being fixed. A rat got up into my engine compartment and destroyed a cloth part of the hood. They said that they would not cover that. I took it up there today, because they said the part was in for the exhaust, but didn't know when it could be repaired. More

I went to metro Ford to buy a car after mine got totaled in a hail storm. After such stress and event I wanted an easier car buying experience. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for and found a go in a hail storm. After such stress and event I wanted an easier car buying experience. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for and found a good deal at this dealership online. However, when I went in I felt like they were talking down to me the entire time. They gave me a price that was $3000 more than what it was listed online and then the salesman tried to get me to pay it by saying “what’s the difference if the monthly payment stays the same”. It took me getting up and getting ready to leave or them to give me the price they actually listed it as. Then in finance the guy was very demeaning and told me “the fun part is over. This is when things get real and hard”. I felt the whole time like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a girl in my twenties. Although I ended up Leaving with the car I wanted at the price I asked, I would never recommend for anyone (especially young girls) to guy buy a car there. More
