If I could give them zero stars I would. This place was terrible and will never go back. This is the third bad experience I’ve had with them. This last time cause $3k worth of body damage to my truck and t terrible and will never go back. This is the third bad experience I’ve had with them. 2nd F150 in 3 Years - Would buy from Metro again We bought a new 2017 F150 three years ago from Metro, and it was a smooth transaction. This purchase was actually even smoother, and took less than two hours. Robert Scott assisted us in our purchase. We had already picked out the truck online, and Robert had it waiting for us when we got there. The current Ford Rebate program was one of our primary motives, and we wanted to update our F150 to the latest upgrades. Robert is a professional. He is courteous, and is willing to listen to the customer's voice during the negotiation process. It went well, and took less than 20 minutes. Robert was the only Metro sales staff we dealt with - and we appreciated that. Once we agree on the final sales prices, Robert continued to check in on us until our vehicle was detailed, we completed other transactions, and we departed Metro Ford. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Scott. We got the deal we were looking for - and a new F150. It doesn't get any easier or more convenient to buy a new truck than this, and I have bought quite a few. We worked with Ethan Manley in Finance also, and he provided exceptional purchasing support as well. At no time did we feel uneasy or doubtful of what we were buying. Everything was explained very well during the course of the entire transaction. Both of these employees provided excellent and professional service. Would highly recommend. More
