Awful experience.I reached out via email about a Ford Awful experience. I reached out via email about a Ford Edge I was interested in. Madison Black responded and confirmed that they had the vehicle and invited me to come in for a “VIP appointment, where we promise to deliver a world class experience designed to save you both time and money!” We talked throughout the day and I told her I would be in later that evening. She said that was great and told me to ask for her floor manager, Cody. I arrived and tried to find Cody…with no luck. After about 15 minutes of waiting, a lady told me that they actually didn’t have the car on the lot, because it sold last month (December). Cody never came out to greet me or to apologize for lying about having the car. The general manager was apparently very upset according to the lady who broke the news to me, but he also stayed in his office and never came out to speak with me. I confirmed the vehicle’s availability, made an appointment, and drove more than 20 miles. They had a complete disregard for my time. Another manager, Michael Barnett, reached out to me the following day asking me to rate my experience at the dealership. I responded to him and he never responded. Fortunately, the folks at Reynolds Ford took care of me and made for a really pleasant buying experience. 10/10 recommend Jeremy Cash at Reynolds Ford of OKC! More

I put a deposit down on a truck and had a written contract. The truck was in transit from the factory at the time the contract was signed. The truck arrived 2 weeks after when I was told it would arr contract. The truck was in transit from the factory at the time the contract was signed. The truck arrived 2 weeks after when I was told it would arrive. The day it arrived I went to the dealership to pick it up, only to find out it was sold to someone else. The dealership did practically nothing to rectify the situation, and as Lariat Ford Mavericks are very hard to find, I was basically out of luck on getting the vehicle I wanted. They could not/would not trade for a lariat Maverick that another nearby dealership had marked up thousands above MSRP. They did allow me to have a loaner vehicle for a little while, but as soon as I stopped showing interest in their inventory they came and picked it up. Ended up getting a Chevy Colorado from elsewhere. I do recommend this dealership at all. More
I hardly ever do bad reviews. I typically only do positive ones, but I do feel this is necessary. My husband and I ordered a Ford Maverick from Ford Metro and it was expected to be here the second we positive ones, but I do feel this is necessary. My husband and I ordered a Ford Maverick from Ford Metro and it was expected to be here the second week of January. We were willing to wait the two months, as this was in November, so we put our down payment on the vehicle. Unfortunately, it did not arrive, which I understood because it was out of their control. They told us that it was unable to be tracked due to it being marked as sold, so it was "somewhere in the US." When it finally did arrive two weeks later, they sent a picture to my husband to let him know that it had arrived and he could pick it up right after work. When he arrived directly after work, they informed him that they "accidentally" sold our vehicle. I'm not sure how that happened since they had told us the whole reason that it could not be tracked to begin with was because it had been marked as sold already. We decided to talk and see what they could do for us due to the mistake on their part. They told us that the only thing that the could do is give our money back, but they were not willing to rectify their mistake at all. They became very cold towards us and refused to even speak with us once they realized their mistake. I was sent to voicemail all 4 times I tried to call Cody, specifically, and my husband was sent to voicemail by Cody multiple times as well. In my emails with Cody, he continually did not take responsibility for the gravity of their mistake and repeatedly told me he was not going to rectify the situation. This was a very unfortunate experience and we do not recommend Metro Ford, but we are very thankful for the dealership that was able to fulfill exactly what we needed WITH AMAZING customer service!! More
