I do not recommend supporting this dealership and their salesmanship due to the bigotry hatred racism and inequality that festers in this environment. A very racist incident occurred here recently that has further divided the community and I am deeply saddened as well as angry due to the lack of confidence or leadership of this dealership. The staff and this facility need to be fired and held accountable for their actions or lack thereof in this particular racist event. We are very fair people and all we want is to be treated as human beings. Until you folks can realize that your blood is also red I again suggest the boycott of this dealership from here on out. More
I can’t give anyone there a 5 star, zero or under. Not only did I have 2 engines go out, both just over warranties by less than 100 miles. After my second engine blew I was told by another carrier dealership in the area but they had over 20 Kia souls in their back lot waiting for new engines. The service manager there said Kia should have helped with some if not all repairs. Saying that Kia has money set aside to help customers with these types of things either with all or some of the fees. After about a 6 month battle with his help, I was forced to take out a $6000 loan for a new engine for my first Kia Soul, I was not financially able to purchase another vehicle . This one the engine went out just over 100,000 miles. At one point when I went in for an oil change which I had an appointment for, I was told they were 90 minutes behind and I would have to wait. What’s the point of an appointment then? The second engine went out just over 60,000 miles after warranty. Again another battle for months trying to get assistance after two engines. No one would talk to me or work with me in the dealership or in service. Very rude, not answering my questions. My nephew who is a car dealer went in to discuss the matter with them, when my nephew saw 5 other Kia souls in the lot waiting for service, he questioned why? They were waiting for new engines. My nephew then questioned of a recall, with the response of “not yet”. I could go on, but the point is this dealership was horrible from beginning to end. Since then with some help and research of vehicles and the ratings I did go with another Kia, but I will not and will never go to Metro Kia of Madison for anything. I now go to Russ Darrow in Madison I have been able to make appointments and get in right away, the staff in service and inside the dealership are wonderful, friendly. I would not ever go back to Kia Metro of Madison, I would never refer anyone to metro Kia of Madison to buy a car or even have a car serviced there More
Was supposed to hear back from manager last week Monday. Didn't. Gave them 2 follow up emails since it was a weird week. Nothing. And still no correspondence a week later. I call again the next day to speak to management to report a complaint/issue and was treated with such unprofessional AGAIN. As i’m explaining these frustrations, literally reporting my complaint, and STILL trying to get some answers, the sales manager, Katie, threatens to just hang up on me. it took me by surprise that a “manager“ would react like that and left me furious. i will be posting this anywhere i can leave a review for this Kia because going through the reviews, it’s obvious the employees and management have communication issues and i’m DISAPPOINTED that i had the same experience. Very frustrating day. We bought a suv on Tuesday. We realised the fiance manager Kyle V. sold us some extra warranties we did not want. Went to Metro Kia today to cancel was told will be $150 . Kyle the fiance manger refused raised his voice and told us to get out of his office we said no not till you cancel. So he called the police to have us removed from the dealership and banned. Are you serious !!!! More

During the initial purchase for my telluride everything was great, until they lost it. It took weeks to get actual updates from them on where the vehicle actually was. I called the General Manager Maik Mes was great, until they lost it. It took weeks to get actual updates from them on where the vehicle actually was. I called the General Manager Maik Messick several times without ever a call back. I got the constant run around from the salesmen who said the manager couldn't figure it out and that they lost the car in transit. Several weeks went by with this. I can now see why others have posted bad reviews about this place and Telluride transactions, they are sloppy, unorganized and consistently lie. A call back from the GM would of been the very least that could have been done. But that just shows how this place is run. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. More
Don't fall for this dealership's bait and switch - do your homework instead. There’s a reason for the bad reviews. Hard to believe dealerships are still using these antiquated methods. Julius was a great guy/salesman and his hands were tied, but overall the negotiation process was not customer-friendly. I'm not going to put $1k down on a Telluride order with a final price to be negotiated later, regardless of how many "rebates" they said I MAY be eligible for once the ordered car come in. I understand the Telluride is a hot car but don't play games. They said all dealerships are charging Telluride Market adjustments of 2-4K+ above MSRP. If you look hard enough you can find multiple dealerships who sell at MSRP online. I did....Won't be going back. More
Kyle vyse needs to be fired immediately. He has repeatedly dodged over 50 calls i’ve made, Ive left notes in his desk, and even went in to talk to him. Someone he was able to dodge me every time. Very frustrated with this dealership. My regular experience with the sales and finance teams and the dealership mgr at Metro KIA was games and deceit. Several times I drove an hour to meet with some experience with the sales and finance teams and the dealership mgr at Metro KIA was games and deceit. Several times I drove an hour to meet with someone, just to have them tell me something completely different when I got there. Just bought off my car from a lease, went with a bank for loan after Metro KIA first promised me a great interest rate, then when I came to meet with the same finance mgr I'd spoke to on the phone, was told "it would be better to get the loan from the bank." So why did he tell me to come in and work with him on it? Good question. Again, an hour to get there and an hour home-- for NOTHING. THIS was my experience with them all the time. I'm glad to be done with Metro KIA! I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. More
