I was looking for a UX 250h with specific features and couldn’t find it in the Cincinnati area because these cars are Lexus and especially Ryan Yee. I widened my search criteria and discovered Metro Lexus in Cleveland. Ryan responded to my request, and within a few days found the exact car I was looking for. It took about five weeks to arrive (it was still being built), and Ryan was very responsive throughout the process. He checked in regularly with updates and the car arrived within the original time window it was promised. When I arrived at Metro Lexus Ryan and the staff treated me great!
