Absolutely a world class experience!! We had an absolute blast picking out our first dream car! I brought both of my kids with me who are four and seven years old and I can’t tell you how We had an absolute blast picking out our first dream car! I brought both of my kids with me who are four and seven years old and I can’t tell you how welcoming the staff was to my kids. They even helped to play with them while I signed the documents for my new car. My kids loved our sales girl Desiree Payne! She felt like a new family member and my daughter insisted that we bring her a gift! She is also a mom so she was so fantastic with my kids. And Peter, one of the big wigs, was so friendly to my kids. He took them to his office and gave them sunglasses! He made them feel so special. And, they even put a cover over our car and unveiled it and my kids thought that was the most magical thing ever. Everything about their team was amazing. And my kids absolutely loved the cookies and treats they got every time we stopped by the dealership deciding on which car we were going to get. If you want to feel like you are with family, this dealership makes you feel that way. We left having a new family and new friends and have never once regretted my amazing new car. I feel like Lexus will be the car I drive forever. And it is in large part due to the staff at the Metro Lexus! We love you all!! More

I wanted to just drop off my car and find a quiet place to Do my homework but service wasn’t going to take long so there was no point in getting a loaner (which Michael offered). BC the place was being remodel/construction, space was very tight. I wanted to ask for a car but Michael found me a nice quiet office to work in, which is awesome and very much appreciated.
