I did this 8 years ago with the purchase of a two year old Lexus ES-350. I liked this vehicle so much I purchased another one 3 1/2 years ago and finally decided to purchase one new. Without the help of David Shahrokh I probably would have opted to put the required maintenance in the Lexus vehicle I ultimately traded in. After being unable to find what I wanted for the price point I was at Dave went the extra mile to find me the right ES 350 that met my needs. He did this by closely listening to what my requirements were and finding the right match for me. He was also able to show me all of the new features in the 2019 vehicles and how they worked which made the difference between buying new versus preowned this time. David did a very professional job and I enjoyed working with him and the whole team at Metro who have had my business now since 2011. The vehicles, the service department and all the people you interact with at Metro add value to the purchase. David is very high on my list of doing that with my new purchase. More
