My experience was less than exceptional when my sales person left the coompany or was terminated during the transaction. Management dropped the ball and did not proactively contact me to assure me that t person left the coompany or was terminated during the transaction. Management dropped the ball and did not proactively contact me to assure me that they had al the details handled. All it would have taken was a phone call. There were details that were not handled. Even called Metro and asked for a manager to call me back. Never was called. Ryan Lee did everything possible to correct the situation and in the end I am very happy with Ryan not so much with Metro management. More
