Very low pressure, stress free experi We recently purchased a pre-owned car from Zack Michaud at Michaud Mitsubishi. Best car buying experience ever! Very low pressure, stress free experience. Zack met me in the parking lot when I was walking around looking for the car, then brought it around for me to look at. As I was waiting for him to drive the car up every employee that passed me asked if I needed any help. Super friendly, super helpful, but no pressure staff. Zack had all the paperwork; Michaud's service records, Carfax, etc. available. Zack and all the employees we dealt with were incredibly helpful and patient. We never felt rushed or pressured. We were able to take the car to our own mechanic who recommended a few little things, but the car was super clean and Michaud had already put the car through their service dept. We love the car and the whole purchase was such a positive experience-- we would definitely recommend Michaud Mitsubishi, and won't hesitate to visit them again when we are in the market for another vehicle! We didn't know much about Mitsubishi and was pleasantly surprised wh We stopped into Michaud after liking an Outlander Sport at a used car dealership. We didn't know much about Mitsubishi and was pleasantly surprised when Zach greeted us outside and discussed how reliable, safe, and efficient Mitsubishi cars are. Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about various models, varieties, and maintenance. We did a bit more research about the Outlander Sports and other vehicles but returned back to Michaud solely because of Zach's professional rapport. We had a difficult experience with the finance department in regards to faulty paperwork on the dealership's end, undisclosed fees, and limited varieties. Through this, Zach specifically sought out solutions and tried his best to keep us happy. Zach went above and beyond to rectify the situation, he is the reason for the five star rating. More
