Craig is the MAN I was having a strange issue with my throttle and called Craig to see if he could take a look. We found out there was a recall on a relay for my 2015 I was having a strange issue with my throttle and called Craig to see if he could take a look. We found out there was a recall on a relay for my 2015 Lancer, so we picked a saturday that I could come down from New Hampshire have have it taken care of. We thought, hopefully, that the relay would fix the throttle issue. Turns out it was a bad set of brake light bulbs (weird) but Craig and I spoke many times about the issue over the course of the week leading up to the service appointment. The relay was replaced without issue, everyone I saw and spoke to at the dealership was fantastic and professional but I have to mention again the personalized service and care I received from him. Make sure you guys keep him happy behind that service desk, because it seems like he goes above and beyond for every customer. More

Service was amazing I didn't purchase my Mitsubishi at Michaud but, I had service done here. My car was making a rattling noise that the original dealer insisted was a he I didn't purchase my Mitsubishi at Michaud but, I had service done here. My car was making a rattling noise that the original dealer insisted was a heat shield. they decided to send me to Michaud because they know Mitsubishi's and maybe they could figure it out. I walked in to the friendliest staff, Craig Rogers, got me the best mechanic, Ari, to do a ride along so that I could replicate the issue. Once Ari heard it he said, "it sounds like a heat shield but, let me take a look at it." A half an hour later, Craig tells that Ari dig into bulletins and found that there is an issue that sounds like a heat shield but is caused by something else. They had my car fixed and back to me within a few hours. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service that I received from everyone that I met, including Michael and Jim who gave me a ride to grab lunch while I waited. Michaud is lucky to have these guys who are smart, helpful and kind. I highly suggest Michaud! More

I was there for service on my 2011, I got an oil change and my tires rotated. while the car was in for service I started to browse. My car is an excellent car I bought it new in 2005, a Dodge Magnum, everyone knows me in this car. i will be flying under the wire now. Brian let me take a new Outlander for a ride to show my wife at home. She was surprised, but who is going to say no to a new car. The new Outlander will be hers I get the 2011. Everyone is Happy.
