The purchase deal was no problem. The new Jeep cost, trade in value, etc. All of that was pretty much the same with other dealers. To keep a customer as a return, I look at the service dept, parts dept, and office handling of the deal. Parts dept wanted to charge me $400 more for a set of running boards than Lockmandy. Same part number. I have not been to the service dept yet. I'm having trouble getting the paperwork for my new car title from Michiana. My salesman told me to contact Courtney Mansfield in office. I called the office, left a message for Mansfield with my phone numbers, and have not gotten the courtesy of a return call. It has been 30+ days. The new title is "pending" on my account at In BMV. If I don't complete it in 45 days there are late fees. Getting a little nervous and no help from Michiana office. I feel the office doesn't care about the customer. They don't really have much contact with them. More

When I arrived at my appointment, I was told stealership. Not only was I lied to by a sales associate, I was also given the classic bait and switch. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told that they could not sell me the used car I had been looking at and discussing with TWO sales associates. It supposedly had transmission issues. I was not informed of this nor offered the car with the information (I can wrench on my own cars). This car in question was still on their website over a week after this incident and even emailed to me as a suggested car by the place. When I called in to speak with a manager, I was basically told to get bent and they would do nothing. Don’t waste your time at this place. Go elsewhere! Also, for Michiana CDJRF, it’s not slander when it’s true! I may also file complaints with the FTC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. More

My husband took his Chrysler 300 in for a few problems, one was that it was overheating and the other was the ABS System light was on. They called my husband asking what he wanted done to fix the problem one was that it was overheating and the other was the ABS System light was on. They called my husband asking what he wanted done to fix the problem of the overheating, they had no idea. That is the reason we took the car to a Chrysler Dealer in the first place. They finally did a couple of things to fix the overheating and they called my husband saying the car was ready and charged him for fixing the overheating and the ABS System module. When my husband went to drive away, the ABS light was still on. He went back in to the service area and the guy said "Oh yeah we had to order the part" they had charged my husband for a job that was not done. Now it's two weeks later and he can't get anyone to call him back. He has called at least 7 times, no one will call him back. I think he was dealing the Mike and he also called his boss. So we paid for something that wasn't done and they are in no hurry to let us know when the part comes in. Terrible customer service and I would never recommend them again. More
