I was able to schedule my oil change online but then was told when I arrived, that there was an error and the system shouldn’t allow me to schedule online. I had to wait 2 hours for my appt. The representative I had spoke down to me as though I didn’t know what I was talking about. After my Jeep was done, one of the lug nuts came loose and my steering wheel was shaking. I took it back in and he blamed me for either driving too fast, or hitting a hole and making it come loose. He was not professional at all. I would rather pay for an oil change than use my free oil changes if that is the way I’m going to be treated. More

They told me they could get me in that day but when i got there they said it was my trans so they couldn't. That was a sat. On a Monday they said it was just my battery. They called two days later and said unfortunately these things happen from time to time but they didn't see anyone near my truck while it was there. So only other option is an employee did it or someone is lying about the car. Nevertheless they did nothing about it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. More

Each time I call I get a voicemail. I sent my car here over the weekend because they said they could get me in that Saturday as I was stranded out of town.
