Took my 2017 durango in for engine light $2000 later engine light is still on, and when I called to get it back in was told they were busy and even though everything was suppose to be fixed there is no engine light is still on, and when I called to get it back in was told they were busy and even though everything was suppose to be fixed there is no guarantee for the work done. I was also told that people spending $50000 on a new vehicle were priority even though I bought my durango from the same dealership. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer, and was very disappointed in the service as well. More

Was sold a vehicle with 30000 miles on it and a certified warranty. Well the heat strips on the windshield overheated and cracked the windshield!! When I took it in it wasn't covered under the warranty b warranty. Well the heat strips on the windshield overheated and cracked the windshield!! When I took it in it wasn't covered under the warranty because it was an aftermarket windshield that was on the vehicle when I BOUGHT IT!!! Now I have to pay out of pocket to have it fixed. This is the second time In 6 months I've had to take it in for service!! WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM YOU!! I WILL DISCOURAGE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS WELL!!!! More
