I’ve had problems since I got my car there. Your service tech Jim was very rude and unhelpful on top of the fact he refused my oil change because I needed an appointment, come to find out oil changes are fi tech Jim was very rude and unhelpful on top of the fact he refused my oil change because I needed an appointment, come to find out oil changes are first come first serve and I could have gotten it that instead of driving an unnecessary 45 mins away.
