Went for oil change only and was told an hour but only took less than 1/2 hour so that was good. I did have a question regarding my start/stop not functioning correctly and was told I would have to mak took less than 1/2 hour so that was good. I did have a question regarding my start/stop not functioning correctly and was told I would have to make an appointment to have that checked and at a fee of 151.00. I love the Jeeps that I have purchased but have not been impressed buy the service that is offered once it's mine. Maybe that is how all dealerships are? Anyway, I went on line and did some searching as to why the start/stop isn't working and found the answer there. Would have been nice if the service department offered a few simply checks while I was there since that is all it was. More
I came in for an oil change and had a coupon for a full vehicle inspection and felt like I didn’t receive that. I felt that I was rushed and not a lot of transparency from my service advisor.
