Had vehicle looked at for radio not working. Charged $151 just to tell me it needs replaced seemed excessive. To make things worse, battery was drained during the service and would not start when I pic $151 just to tell me it needs replaced seemed excessive. To make things worse, battery was drained during the service and would not start when I picked up vehicle. Got a jump start and left. Following morning the battery was dead again. Got it jumped and went back to dealer. Service manager with fancy shows explained that the battery was 6 years old and wasn’t there problem. Not much to be said that is positive after getting fleeced for a non fix, then having to replace a battery after it was drained by dealer. I was told my replacement radio would come in in one to four weeks. Quite a gap. This radio controls everything inside the vehicle and it could take four weeks for parts? This is not a service department. It’s a “you will get it whenever we xxxx well please, charge you an arm and leg, and not back anything after they break your vehicle worse than when you dropped it off. Terrible experience so far. Truck trouble and extended warranty First contact was Marie Buckley in service she was very helpful with what i thought was going to be a $560.00 repair ( check engine light and replacem First contact was Marie Buckley in service she was very helpful with what i thought was going to be a $560.00 repair ( check engine light and replacement of 02 sensor and injector clean ) that turned out to be a $5000.00 repair i was very thankful that the dealership ( Michiana Chrysler dodge ) sold me a MBPI extended warranty that picked up most of it . They almost rebuilt the hole motor and had it back to me in a week . Marie kept me updated every step of the way . I myself run a RV Service center and know what it is like dealing with retail and Extended Warranties .She did a great job kudos to her and the Dealership i will tell everyone i know what a great job they did for me Jim Deavers More

The honesty, knowledge and professionalism of ALL staff ( John, Ben Bamber & Marie Buckley) beat any and all expectations that I would credit to an automobile dealership. I was impressed that a mechanic called me and explained the problem. The peace of mind knowing that I can TRUST this place of business means a lot to me....as I am not a mechanic. Extremely rude service, staff member TOOK MY CAR OFF LOT I purchased my jeep from this dealership and after they got my money, left me with little guidance and would not return my calls. Getting my oil chang I purchased my jeep from this dealership and after they got my money, left me with little guidance and would not return my calls. Getting my oil changes from them is like pulling teeth, they are very hesitant to part with any service for free. Dropped my Jeep off for an oil change and waited in the lounge for a shuttle drop off (very good shuttle service, friendly drivers). But saw a blonde, short-haired, female employee get in my car with another employee, drive it off lot, and come back without the passenger. My car was used as a shuttle by the employees and I was never asked for permission for that to happen. I wonder if they use cars like this all the time. On top of that, I was never called when my vehicle was ready, I had to call them. My car was not cleaned as it normally is, and there was no sticker telling me when to change my oil next. I have no idea if my car was even serviced. More
