My experience with Midlands Honda was the BEST!!! I purchased a pre-owned 11 Honda Accord EXL. It every thing I wanted and more. I have owned serveral cars but honda is the by far the best. My salemans Mr Charlie Frazier put the icing on the cake. His customer service on a scale of 1-10 was a 20. He made sure that I was well informed on all the bells and whisles. He even call me to follow up and make sure I was happy with my purchase, and to see if there was anything else he could assist with. THAT has never happend at ANY other place I have purchased from. Three words Happy Happy Happy!!! More

I was able to test drive, trade my vehicle, and purchase the new vehicle all within three hours on my first time to the dealership. I received a great vehicle (2013 Honda Odyssey Touring), and a great price. You can't go wrong with buying a Honda or purchasing it from Midlands Honda. My experience was most pleasant. Charlie Frazier met me in the parking lot as I arrived. He listened to my needs, and he directed me to the Honda Civic that I was interested in. He presented my need to his superiors who then worked out a deal I could afford. Because I arrived late in the day, time came for the dealership to close; however, Charlie stayed with me for two additional hours until he completed "teaching" me all the ins and outs of driving the car. He was most gracious, most courteous, and never rushed through any of his instructions until he was sure I understood, and this was very nice for an old lady not very comfortable with computer-like dashboard requirements. A few days after my purchase, he called to see if I had questions or any problems. He gets 5 stars in my book! And Midlands Honda is tops, also! Marcia Bradberry More
I came by Midlands Honda to get a look at the new 2013 Accords. I was thinking about getting a new car but was not sure which car I wanted. I already owned a 2002 Accord so I knew Honda was going to be on Accords. I was thinking about getting a new car but was not sure which car I wanted. Soon after, Charlie, walked over and introduced himself and asked what car I was interested in purchasing. I told him the 2013 Accord and he went on about the trim levels and the new features the Accords had. I took a look at a dark blue EX trim and fell in love with it. Charlie allowed me to test drive it and I decided that this was the car for me. After completing all the paperwork, Charlie showed me how to work the features of the car. He was a big help. He seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Charlie called several times after I purchased the car to see if everything was ok and if I needed any help with the features. I appreciate your help and great customer service Charlie!! Thanks!! More
I happened to be at Midlands Honda getting my 2010 Accord serviced. I new that the Accord had been updated and wanted to see the new 2013 model. I walked from the service side to the sales side and waited fo serviced. I new that the Accord had been updated and wanted to see the new 2013 model. I walked from the service side to the sales side and waited for an associate. Charlie was the first person to greet me. I didn't intend to buy a new car when I walked in that day, but I ended up leaving with a new Accord. Being a single woman, buying a car alone, I was a little nervous. I am so glad Charlie was my salesperson. I felt very comfortable with him. I believed that he was honest and genuinely concerned. He seemed to be a good person. Although impressions can be wrong, my impression of him was very big factor in my decision to purchase a car that day. Charlie was patient and worked with me. He did whatever I asked and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I don't plan to purchase a new car any time soon, but I would definitely recommend Midlands Honda to friends and family. I'd tell them to ask for Charlie. More

Recently became interested in trading in and purchasing a new vehicle. Charlie greeted me with a smile and eargerness to assist in helping me to understand my options. I had been to several other delearships and felt often rushed or pressured into purchasing a vehicle without such degree of knowlege about the it is that I was actuallly purchasing. Charlie was not just concerned about making "a quick sale" but more about meeting our needs, desires, and realstic perspective about my potential purchase. Although, I did not purchase a vehicle yet, I will consider no other salesman to work with other than Charlie.
