The price of the vehicle was good, the overall experience was good, it could have been better if someone would have infomed me that if I was not satisfied with the vehicle after driving it for a couple of days I could return it and exchange it for another vehicle and not get charged a penalty. I really tried to keep the mini cooper I purchase but after driving it for a week felt it was not the car for me, came and exchanged the vehiclefor a Honda Coupe and was charge a penalty, which dampend my shopping experience, because I didn't know about your policies. Yes I would recommend the dealership because your vehicles are excellent, and the enviroment is friendly and Maureen really tries to help the buyer when purchasing the vehicle. I wish that when you purchase a vehicle your sales person would go over the policy grace days to return and exchange the vehicle and how the penalty will be calculated after the grace days. More

We were treated respectfully and I never felt like the dealer was getting the best end of the deal. Maureen Brazel, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicle as well as the procedure of leasing. Matt helped us obtain financing quickly and efficiently. Here's how: I was actually on my way to another car dealership when I spotted low-priced cars parked along side the road at this Honda dealership. The prices made me do a double-take so I stopped here first. I parked my car and got out to look at the cars that caught my attention when Dennis Gillan, a new sales and leasing consultant walked up behind me and said, "It's a great day to buy a car." He opened up a rapport with me that let me know that I was in the right place and talking to the right person. Dennis was very patient and listened carefully to what I said I wanted and he told me things I wanted to know about the cars I was looking at along side the road. He even showed me some cars I had not seen that were on the dealership's lot that fit the criteria I was looking for. Even though I still had to keep my word with the guy at the other dealership to check out one of their cars, I promised Dennis I'd be back to test drive one (or two) at Midlands Honda. I kept to my promises and I when I came back to Midlands, Dennis let me test drive one of the cars he showed me earlier and then he introduced me to Maurreen Brazel, another sales & leasing consultant. I told them that live in Memphis, TN and that I needed a car because my old car no longer worked. The two of them sat me down in a BEAUTIFUL, Burgundy 2010 Honda Accord and the three of us took it for a ride. While showing me the features of the car, my favorite singer played on the radio and I mentioned how much I liked that singer and how much I loved this car. I was looking for something within my budget so Maureen and Dennis worked out a discount within their financial office that put this car within my budget range. I was the last customer of the day to leave the lot Tuesday, May 18, and probably the happiest one, too. From beginning to end, they both tended to customer satisfaction, customer service and made sure I knew all about this car and Honda's customer protection services. They were VERY Thorough, very patient, very friendly, very knowledgeable about the car and I knew without a shadow of doubt they wanted my business. I cannot think of anything they left out. They even beat the heck out of the so-called deal the other dealership I visited around the corner from their dealership said they could give me. I could not have gotten better customer service, satisfaction, car protection, professionalism, friendliness, and pricing from any other company. They took excellent care of me. What I liked the most is that they presented me good, sound information about their cars, which helped me to make an informed decision about which car to purchase. They did not bash the other car company to sell their car and they did not pressure me to buy from them. It's like they knew that once I understood the quality of their cars, I would come to the right conclusion on my own to purchase from them. They were right. And, I am glad I did. Very glad. I turned in the Hertz rental car I'd driven to Columbia in and I drove my new Accord home to Memphis. The drive was a great experience, not only because of the smooth, comfortable ride and the really nice gas mileage I got on the road, but because as an added customer satisfaction gesture, Dennis bought me a CD of songs sung by my favorite singer, Anita Baker, and he put it in the CD player for me to listen to on my drive back home. Now that went above and beyond his call of duty, I thought, to make sure that I was a happy customer. This might be more than what you ask for in a comment for a dealership and its sales consultants, but I certainly got more than I'd expected from this dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. It is worth the trip if you have to drive a long way to buy a car. I would do it again and I would probably drive a friend from Memphis to buy a car from Midlands Honda. Trust me, it's worth the drive! More
