No one ever knows what's going on. It took 3 days to put it on the diagnostic. When they finally did and I authorized the repair they didn't order the parts for a week. When I called t It took 3 days to put it on the diagnostic. When they finally did and I authorized the repair they didn't order the parts for a week. When I called to check progress the receptionist told me they hadn't order them and then James tells me they have to assemble and test the pre assembled and tested part from kia. When I finally the vehicle back it had a flat tire and they left the keys with the sales department. More
