service provided The young lady that took care of me was awesome. for the 2 hours i was there i noticed a lot and one of those things was that she was the only one wor The young lady that took care of me was awesome. for the 2 hours i was there i noticed a lot and one of those things was that she was the only one working in the service department, she accepted cars, did the paperwork, was the cashier, while you had 2 guys sitting there like bumps on logs not doing a thing, not even taking calls. you have a stellar employee in this young lady!! as for the rest of your service department, id have to say they are pretty lazy, inofficiant and arrogant. not impressed.
