To be honest it started off rough at the used side, the guy in the bubble was just difficult and hard to work with. I was told certain fees were optional and could be removed, but later was informed they couldn’t be taken off. When I requested copies of my paperwork, I was told everything was electronic and didn’t receive the documents until days later. There was also no clear explanation regarding the extension of my loan terms. Throughout the process, I felt pressured and rushed, which made it difficult to properly review the documents. My advice for anyone coming here: Read every page carefully. Don’t allow staff to skip through paperwork. Don’t sign anything without receiving your copies immediately. Make sure your financing application is actually submitted. And do not take the vehicle until the funding is fully complete. Do not let anyone pressure or intimidate you during the process. More
