Appreciate you all I really appreciate Ali and Alfredo’s help. i have been searching for a vehicle for months... they both patiently helped me and answered all of my que I really appreciate Ali and Alfredo’s help. i have been searching for a vehicle for months... they both patiently helped me and answered all of my questions. They both worked hand in hand to ensure I was taken care of. Unfortunately a few things took place that was out of their control, however they both tried their very best. I greatly appreciate the extra mile they did to make sure that I was well rounded and taken care of. When I purchased my vehicle until 1 am... I was pleasantly surprised Alfredo waited for us to make sure that he available if we needed him even though he had to be back at 8 am the next day . Ali and Alfredo were professional, polite, and down to earth. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed into a deal by either one of them. I can’t thank them enough for all the hard work they did for me. They would be the reason I return or recommend Midway Chevrolet. Thank you again ! More

Taken advantage of disabled vehicle My truck had a transmission cooler line come loose on the freeway about 2 miled from Midway Chevrolet around 6:30 at night. I was stuck on the freway My truck had a transmission cooler line come loose on the freeway about 2 miled from Midway Chevrolet around 6:30 at night. I was stuck on the freway and couln't move, I called a tow truck to take my truck to Midway. I had purchased the radiator w/ trans cooler there 3 yeadrs prior. I told Britany in the service department I needed the cooler line reattached and refill the fluid in the transmission. 2 days later she replied that since it was an aftermarket cooler, they couldn't; work on it. I argued that it was installed by Midway, but she wouldn't accept that. She misled and manipulated me into getting a new cooler and lines ($1500). I felt like my truck was beeing held hostage! I have had multiple problems with Midway Chevrolet's service dept. and was nervous about being towed there. I should have paid the extra $75 to be towed to Sand's Chevrolet in Glendale. In the future, I would push my truck past Midway before going into there servic dept. More
