They did a great job getting me financed and getting a car but when I went and picked it up, it was supposed to be ready by 12:30. I’m a little late with my review but here it goes. I absolutely love this place. I was looking for a specific type of vehicle, which they had at their dealership. After enough games with other dealers I absolutely love this place. I was looking for a specific type of vehicle, which they had at their dealership. After enough games with other dealerships back home in Jersey, I gave Midway Dodge a call and told them about my situation. They called back a few days later, we negotiated a price, I filled out some online paperwork , I left a deposit, and flew to Chicago 2 weeks later. One of the other sales man Zach sent me pictures and videos of the entire truck all around and the undercarriage. My salesman, Marko Lopez, was so kind and even picked me up from the airport. We were a little early to the dealership as I had an early morning flight but he was so kind and even offered me coffee and breakfast. Once the dealership opened, I signed a few more papers, took it for a test drive , agreed to buy and finished up with the finance manager Jesse. After that, they washed the truck , gave me a “ to go bag “ with some pens and mugs and a few other small things and I was on my way. Another positive experience with Midway Dodge was the kind woman Jennifer who handled all my DMV paper work. She told me since I lived in NJ it would be about 3 weeks to get my plates and registration and if I didn’t get it in the mail to give her a call. 3 weeks later on the dot , I had my plates. Thank you everyone at Midway Dodge for making my experience in Chicago a great one. It was a 764 mile drive home, and not one issue with the truck. 5 star dealership and pleasure doing business with you! More

Unprofessional, Deceptive Service and Repair Practices in which harms the Customers from being able to maintain long term vehicle safety and performance goals. Midway Dodge blatantly disregarded all mechanic which harms the Customers from being able to maintain long term vehicle safety and performance goals. Midway Dodge blatantly disregarded all mechanical issues that was brought up to their attention and I have 100% proof that they did it with malicious intent. The failure to replace or repair a broken Drive Shaft is negligence and Incompetence at the highest level. Safety was of no concern to Midway Dodge and they should be held accountable for this type of Corporate Neglect to Consumers. More
