My brand new car was scratched in multiple locations on the hood during a routine service appointment; left multiple messages for the service Manager still no response or resolution a month later. the hood during a routine service appointment; left multiple messages for the service Manager still no response or resolution a month later. Well I s Was just looking on the lot and a salesman came out, Rodney Huston, approached me and and gave me all the info I needed on various models. Well I stopped back couple days later with the wife to get pricing after researching other dealership pricing. His price beat all of them. Long story short ended up buying a F150 Lariat. Had bed liner sprayed in picked it up.in under a week. Rodney went thru and set up all the bells and whistles with us. First class experience with this dealership! More

Car was in good condition, trade went okay. I felt that they loaded the dealership cost to a price equal to my trade in value. Out the door the car cost to much and I never got anything for m I felt that they loaded the dealership cost to a price equal to my trade in value. Out the door the car cost to much and I never got anything for my trade in. I asked 700 and the dealership cost equaled that. You call that loading up and fat. They were very fat. I would say no more than 250 dollars for dealership cost out the door. That would leave 450 dollars for my trade in and their asking price of 2999.00. Making my cost about 25,500 with my trade in. They asked how much I wanted for my trade in and then they increased the dealership cost equal to that. Therefore I dropped the rating to three stars rather than five. I agree to pay sales tax which is six percent or near. That would have equal to about 170 dollars. Then I would have paid 130 dollars on the transfer fees. That would have left 400 dollars of my asking price for my trade in of 700 dollars. Making my final cost about 2600 dollars. More
