Dropped our car off for routine servicing on a Monday. No word three days later, multiple phone calls to the dealership and no one has info on timeline or what work is happening on the car. Told multiple times that service advisor will call us back immediately only to hear nothing. Called to ask for a loaner Friday afternoon so we have a car for the weekend to be told no loaner is available and we need to pay for a local rental. Overall terrible service, responsiveness, and we will actively avoid interacting with this dealership again.
