I needed a new car because a hail storm totalled my current vehicle. I found a few cars I liked on autotrader.com. I contacted the dealship about the few that I was interested in and they made sure all current vehicle. I found a few cars I liked on autotrader.com. I wanted to test drive three very different vehicles and I was able to do so. I couldn't decide what I wanted so I left for lunch and when I came back I was greated again immediately. Jim was very patient with me while I weeded it down to the car that I wanted to buy. He was never pushy, very patient, accurate on his information (I checked the cars out online while at lunch to make sure what he was telling me was true), and friendly. It was the best car buying expereince I have ever had. I wasn't expecting to have to buy a new car so when I was forced to Longmont made the experience a pleasant one. Thank you Longmont Ford for the great deal on my new car!!!! More
Vico Antillon was outstanding! He got all the info for me over the phone, fast; he even called me from the parking lot so he'd be at the truck to answer my questions. Other dealers took 30 minutes to even call me back, and when they did, I'd ask if the truck had a topper and they'd say they didn't know - what kind of service is that? Vico was right at the truck answering my every question, and yes this truck did have a topper. We were inquiring about two trucks, and Vico recommeded one over the other and told us why. When we arrived, we saw exactly what he meant, and agreed we were only interested in the truck he'd recommended for us. He listened to what we wanted and found the perfect truck for us. No other dealer had done that for us, they seemed to have no interest in us and our needs in a vehicle, they only seemed interested in getting us to buy the first truck we looked at. Vico had our trade-in evaluated, then presented the dealership's offer. We took it, it was that fair. No haggling. Finance guy was great too, fast, courteous, and answered all our questions; also gave us lots of choices in extended warranty which we appreciated; the last car I'd bought - at another dealership - offered only one type of extended warranty. We appreciated that Longmont Ford's finance guy gave us so many choices. While we were going through all these steps to purchase our truck, we saw people who'd brought their dogs to the dealership being welcomed. It's so nice to see that, dog-friendly! More

We searched many dealerships to find a 2012 Ford Focus hatchback and Longmont Ford was the only dealer in northern Colorado that had this car in stock. This dealership was full of friendly employees. We did not get there until 7:30pm and they close at 8pm. They stayed until 11pm to complete our deal. I will definitely tell others about this dealership and how they set the bar that other dealerships should follow. And, when we are ready for another auto purchase Longmont Ford will be our first stop. I will drive the 30 minutes to have my car serviced at Longmont Ford even though I have a Ford dealership down the street from my home. More

My wife and I were in the market for a Nissan Xterra. We found an off road edition at Longmont Ford that was less expensive than any of the other models we looked at.
