Won't honor warranty We purchased tires from Emich VW Nov 2019. These tires are covered under a warranty in which other VW dealerships should honor the road hazard warrant We purchased tires from Emich VW Nov 2019. These tires are covered under a warranty in which other VW dealerships should honor the road hazard warranty. My daughter is using this vehicle. She is moving out of state. Yesterday, attempting to drive from CO to Texas, it was realized that there was a tire needing replacement due to a road incident. MAROONE WW would NOT honor the warranty. She decided to go to a discount tire in Monument, and just get a new set of tires, since these were winter tires and it would be a major pain to return to Denver. The lug nut key was not in the vehicle. Most likely, it was accidentally kept by a service technician somewhere. So, she had go back to Colorado Springs to Maroone, to have the lug nuts removed and replaced with universal nuts. It cost 43.00. She went back to discount tire and purchased a set of summer tires, when actually one winter tire was all that was needed for the immediate situation. (aka hundreds of dollars that she should not have had to spend yet. This order cost a day of travel. Fred Emich has done a wonderful job reaching out to us and is attempting to rectify this incident. Maroone VW, however, has not yet proved they will help. More

Made an appointment a day in advance for service. Wife waited over an hour and a half to be told they couldn't do any service because they did not have the right type of oil. She was told then to come waited over an hour and a half to be told they couldn't do any service because they did not have the right type of oil. She was told then to come back anytime on Saturday and it would be addressed immediately. I brought the vehicle in and let them know what had occurred. Still waited another three hours for them to not do any work. I definitely recommend not paying for service plan no matter what they tell you in the sales pitch. It is a rip-off if you analyze what you are paying for. Found out I was lied to about what it covered and I was paying $200 more than what I was receiving. Canceled mine immediately after this fiasco. Worth paying more to take it elsewhere. More
