My wife and I have visited several dealerships across Tennessee and Kentucky, and drove the F-150, The Chevrolet Silverado and the Ram 1500. After many test drives and many phone conversations across bot Tennessee and Kentucky, and drove the F-150, The Chevrolet Silverado and the Ram 1500. After many test drives and many phone conversations across both states we decided we wanted a new Dodge Ram. None of the dealerships we had visited in our area could come close to our budget or offer the options we wanted. We used USAA's car buying service and several dealers were listed as preferred dealers of USAA. Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went above and beyond, not only did they honor the price that was listed by USAA's Car buying service and vehicle we wanted, they showed us another RAM 1500 which had many more options than the one we chose for close to the same price. We got close to what we wanted for our trade in and that made us very happy. The service was awesome, and Derek Ritchie worked hard with Thomas Mowell and Chris Austin to come in at the budget we could not exceed, this was by far the best buying experience we have had when purchasing a new vehicle. I bought my new Jeep Compass in August 2012 and the staff was wonderful. I had met Derrick earlier in the year and he remembered me when I walked in. I was very impressed with that. We sat down and talked about what I wanted and how I would use the vehicle so I could get the right one for me. I have never been treated so well. He explained everything and got me what I consider to be a great deal. I had to call the dealership a couple of weeks after I got the Jeep because my UConnect quit picking up the Bluetooth on my phone. When I called service, they got me in the same day and fixed the problem. It just needed a reboot. On my way into the showroom to wait for my Jeep to be fixed, Derrick came over with a big hug for me. I have never said any business made me feel like family but I have to say they have done a heck of a job making me feel that way. Each and every employee was friendly and helpful. After this experience I will never go to another dealership! More

We were very happy, we got a great vehicle for a great deal...so we thought. We got home and it all hit the fan. We ended up without our vehicle off and on for the first few weeks as it was in the GMC ser deal...so we thought. We got home and it all hit the fan. We ended up without our vehicle off and on for the first few weeks as it was in the GMC service department for several different issues. When we got home, we decided to test out our DVD player because the kids were going to love it. Well, it didn't work at all. We were told it was a warranty issue, to take it to the GMC. The issue was not a warranty issue as someone "tampered" with it. Come to find out, someone at Miracle had already taken it to the same GMC Dealer and was already made aware of this information. Miracle did replace the DVD, only after I made it real clear how angry I was. The A/C buttons were sticking, temperature going down to 60 in 40 degree weather. There was "coke" spilled inside the buttons. I was told they would "make it right" but after all we went through, I wasn't about to let them actually do work on my vehicle. The intake on the engine was destroyed, so we had to replace that. There was a horrible knocking in the engine. Thankfully the warranty did cover that and the entire engine had to be replaced. All this in less than 1 year of owning it. After all the issues we had, we couldn't take it anymore. We decided it was time to get rid of the headache. We took it in to trade and found out the vehicle had been in a severe wreck, hit a bridge barrier, with airbag deployment and all. For the safety of our family, the truck was traded at a much more reputable dealer, Tom Bannen Chevrolet. The Sales team at Miracle is very shady. All of this could have been avoided. They have no regard for the quality they sell their customers. They have lost our business. I will not return somewhere they just don't care. I will never return to Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep nor will I refer anyone there. I also make it a point to let everyone know to stay away from there. More
