We had a wonderful experience working with Rooz and Mission Viejo Kia! From the beginning, it was great. Rooz communicated with me via text which was my preferred form of communication with two little kids. He was patient and presented me with all the options they had. He even helped us secure the vehicle for 24 hours so we could take our time and get to the dealership without worrying about someone buying the car we wanted. The overall buying experience was so painless and easy. Pricing was fair and transparent which is SO DIFFICULT to find currently, and we were so grateful for Mission Veijo and Rooz for that! We would 100% recommend to anyone needing a new vehicle! More
