I was told up front that the diagnostic fee would go towards any repair that they found that was needed. When I decided not to have the expensive repairs done now, but go ahead with a couple of the inex towards any repair that they found that was needed. When I decided not to have the expensive repairs done now, but go ahead with a couple of the inexpensive items that were closer to the price of the diagnostic fee, those items were no longer covered. On top of that, the diagnostic fee paperwork showed that the charge was for something that was fixed under a recall, so that charge shouldn't have been charged at all since it was a situation caused by a recall. The representative was quite rude when I tried to explain my concerns. We have used this location several times over the years and spent a lot of money in repairs, but this time has ruined all previous positive experiences. I will not be going back to this location. It was a good service. However I was concerned about the items was told needed immediate attention to a cost of about $1,000.00. My Previous Hyundai I didn't have such a huge list of items while under warranty.. I plan to have my son check it out. I will be bringing it back for the tire rotation and balance soon. More

When I asked if my car could be reviewed to determine what all was wrong with it, I was presented with the option of a UVI. I was under the impression that the 27 pt inspection of my vehicle would tell m what all was wrong with it, I was presented with the option of a UVI. I was under the impression that the 27 pt inspection of my vehicle would tell me what all was wrong with the car. So, I scheduled the appointment and thought I would get my laundry list of repairs. Yet I paid/wasted $295 for two tows and a UVI just to be told what I already knew. Best part is, things that I know are wrong with the vehicle weren’t even reported on that list. I am going to get my repairs done elsewhere due to cost, but I will likely only be back once when the fix for my current recall is finally available in April. More
