There are not enough positive words I can give Mohawk Honda but this review specifically goes to Mike and Amanda in the service department, along with the team of people who do the work on the vehicles. Honda but this review specifically goes to Mike and Amanda in the service department, along with the team of people who do the work on the vehicles. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, as I always do, and purchased all new tires for the winter. There was a minor hiccup in the process, and Mike went out of his way to make things right and ensure that I felt like a valued customer. I already did because every time I go there I am treated as if I were a friend or family of Amanda‘s. She is educated and informative and always steers me in the right direction without ever making me feel pressured to do anything I may not want to do. I left my car with them to be detailed while I was out of town and I am overcome with how amazing my car came out. It looks like it did the day I purchased it there. The teamwork, the customer service, the workmanship, the professionalism, and the compassion this dealership puts out to their customers is beyond anything I have experienced with any other dealer. I have been a Honda customer for most of my life, but Mohawk became my favorite quite a few years ago and still is. If I could give them 10 stars on this review I would! Thank you Mike and Amanda for everything you do every day. That dealership is so lucky to have you both there. And thank you Troy for always getting me to my destination safely and with a smile. I had a good experience with the salesman. However, the finance manager pulled a bait and switch. I clearly stated that I would use the credit union to finance my purchase if Mohawk Honda didn However, the finance manager pulled a bait and switch. I clearly stated that I would use the credit union to finance my purchase if Mohawk Honda didn’t match the interest rate. The finance manager stated that it was doable. When we picked up the car, a higher rate was applied and the finance manager failed to disclose that fact. I have lost trust in Mohawk Honda and would not do business with them again. I’m very disappointed. More
