Civic EX-L Pete Menagias was the best salesman I've ever experienced. I was highly annoying and he went above and beyond. Was rear ended the week prior, the guy' Pete Menagias was the best salesman I've ever experienced. I was highly annoying and he went above and beyond. Was rear ended the week prior, the guy's insurance was bogus and I didn't want to spend a ton on a 9 year old car I hated. But I needed a car ASAP, and Pete was able to make it happen by the day I needed it. I pressured him to have it ready, as I couldn't miss an important work meeting. He even came in on his day off to expedite the process for me. On our first test drive, I explicitly told him he doesn't need to be a salesman with me, meaning I didn't want to hear him try to upsell everything. Guess what? He did not trying upsell at any point. I knew I wanted this particular car and the process was on point, on time and most importantly, Pete was not pushy in ANY way. He changed the way I feel about having to go to a dealer to buy a car. Jamison and Speranza were fantastic in helping me do the paperwork early, so I could arrive the next day and pick up the car and be out the door in a half hour. Well done all around, guys. More
