They were very understanding to our situation with two small kids, a lack of funds and a total lack of time and made it happen. we love our vehicle and the time they spent with us to help us understand the new technology was impressive. Junior sat in the passenger seat for almost an hour fielding our questions and teaching us how things on the onboard computer works, all the while my kids were running all over the vehicle, screaming and opening and closing the windows incessantly. He even took an inadvertent kick to the face from my two year old daughter. Loved our experience and the customer service. Best prices within 175 miles I found a great deal on a 2017 Honda CR-V after months of looking. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to lower the price an additional $3 I found a great deal on a 2017 Honda CR-V after months of looking. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to lower the price an additional $300. I arranged an appointment the day before and I was greeted by very friendly staff. Pete Menagias was the sales consultant who greeted me with a warm genuine personality. He took the time to give me some history of the dealership and gave me a tour of the service area, waiting areas as well as the area with complimentary cookies and beverages. There was a playroom for kids to be entertained as well as computers and a coffee bar available for adults waiting to have their vehicles serviced. Pete sat me down and asked me what features in a car were most important to me. I was then given an opportunity to test drive the car. He was able to teach me how to use some of the more advanced safety features. I had planned to test drive the car and sleep on it, but I bought it that day. I had not completely read and understand all of the warranties I had originally signed up for. I called the next day and was able to resolve any issues I had. They made it clear they wanted me to be happy and they worked with me until I was. It seemed very busy Friday afternoon and again Saturday. I would recommend going some time during the week earlier in the day if possible. More
